скачёк Choke

Дело такое: может связано с рейтами , может нет ...
Па сколку етот единственый русский мой любимый форум, решил спросить здесь.

1. Почему когда ктота коннектится к серву у етава человека choke и loss поднимается а патом выбрав команду choke и loss слетает по нулям?
2. Почему лагует при броске и взрыве (he) гранаты ?
3. Почему когда начинается новый роунд поднимается choke ???

в сервере использую http быструю закачку

Сервер стойт на Линух OS : CPUs = 3200MHz, 2048Mb RAM , "VPS " пропускная способность канала до 10mbps

sv_minrate 10000 - этот параметр убери. и отключи hlg
