ошибки/предупреждения mysql

приветъ.
собирал веб сервер руками apache, mysql, php на win10.
все вроде собрал разобрался, кроме пары предупреждений mysql, а именно приведу их ниже

Код:

так вот что меня интересует нужно ли фиксить предупреждения эти и как?
